Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with AuroraStar Designs, LLC. As a custom embroidery design company, we take pride in our high attention to detail when creating masterpieces that are affordable and satisfy the expectations of our clients.

 

Prior to embroidering and designing to process orders, we implement a rigid process to ensure that the information included in the product we create for our customers, the information is identical to what was included in the order. However, nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

Returns

You have ​30 (change this)​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
